Jay Z -Live at the Barclays

Jay Z lookin angry

Last night Jay Z packed the Brooklyn Barclays Center at his last run for his 2012 concert series.  The 19,000 sold-out crowd was accompanied by over 60,000 YouTube live streamers, which was brought to you by Hov’s newly launched Life & Time’s Youtube channel.

Jigga performed a 2 hour set, 33 songs, which would be a hard feat for any rapper.  He only took a brief intermission for a wardrobe change, which consisted of all NY Nets jerseys, customized with “CARTER” and a number 4 on the back.  He mostly stuck to his hits, including “Empire State of Mind” and “99 Problems”, but Jay also took us down memory lane with renditions of “Dead Presidents”, “Can I Live”, “Hard Knock Life”, and “Nigga, What, Nigga Who”.

The show ended with an appropriate duet with Beyonce, performing his anthem “Young Forever”.

Did you miss it?  Check out the YouTube recording before they take it down:
